Happy Thanksgiving, from Texas!

Today I had to return to work after my brief but very enjoyable Thanksgiving break. Although work is getting a little better, as I have more to do and less time trying to make myself look busy, I would rather post videos from Thanksgiving than talk about work.

First, Joy says "Hi".

While we were eating dinner on Wednesday, Luke said something that made us all laugh.  Titus wanted a turn having everyone laugh at him, so he told us all wonderful "joke".  It was so good I had him repeat it in front of the camera.  After telling it, he said he wanted to tell Aunt Mari his joke. I told him she would be able to watch him telling it because I was recording it, but he said "I want to see Aunt Mari and tell her my joke." Awww. So Mari, you'll need to skype with your nephew soon.

The rest of my videos don't really have any explanation. They're all from us preparing our Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday night.

Hannah!!! Thanks for posting these!! 1. I don't get the joke...?? 2. if I'd been there, I would've had something to say about that beard! 3. Joy has taken over my cranberry sauce?!? You mean I was only doing the work of a two-ish year old?? Hm. 4. How did those pies turn out?

Thanks Hannie, it's like I'm there :)

Surprisingly enough, the pies were great! He (accidetally?) put in some cayenne pepper too, and it was yummy! Don't tell Joy, but it was really ME making the cranberry sauce, adn it was the simple one...no orange additions.

Titus's joke was based on what Luke had just said: for some reason we were talking about someone saying salad dressing could kill rats and therefore it is bad for us. Luke said "Yeah, it can kill rats... if you drop them from a 40-ft building into a vat of salad dressing." This is when everyone laughed, and Titus tried to get the same response by telling a "joke" about something falling into something.
